Becca is a Full Spectrum Doula and Certified Lactation Counselor, this means she is part of your birth support team and can support you through fertility, loss, birth and postpartum. Her goal is to become a part of your family during one of the most vulnerable times in your life - to nurture and guide you through each step of your journey. Becca will support and advocate for you, give you a helping hand, listen and comfort you in any given situation. She offers fertility support, like making a nutrition plan, connecting you with proper resources, listening to you, holding your hand, and creating a safe space for you.
Becca also helps you throughout your pregnancy and birth by providing curated care every step of the way, and creating a birth plan wtih you. She will assisst you during labor providing counterpressure, moving you into different positions, and giving you words of affirmation as you shift through each stage. During postpartum care, she will nurture you while you nurture your new baby. Infant feeding can be difficult so she will be working with you to make sure you have the best latch or all information you need for a full belly during their first few hours of life.
